As of 25 September 2026 · Information pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 GDPR

1. Controller

Temel Kurum
Am Sodenstich 26, 27321 Thedinghausen, Germany
Email: contact@twicedocs.com

No data protection officer has been appointed; the legal requirements for this are not met.

2. The essentials in three sentences

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in server log files that your browser transmits: shortened or full IP address, date and time, file requested, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system. This data is necessary for technical operation and for defending against attacks.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, functional operation).
Retention: at most 7 days, then automatic deletion.
Recipient: the hosting provider.

Hosting provider: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf (Germany). The servers are located in Germany.

Data processing agreement: A contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. It covers processing in the context of hosting (server log files) and the mailboxes.

4. Reach measurement without personal data

For a rough success measurement, a simple counter on our own server is increased on every page view (/counter.php). All that is stored is a running total in a text file. No IP addresses, no cookies, no identifiers and no usage profiles are stored or evaluated. No personal reference can be established from this.

5. Storage in your browser (Local Storage and IndexedDB)

TwiceDocs stores settings and entries exclusively locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us. Specifically, the following is stored:

WhatWhyWhereDeletion
Language choice (German/English), paper format so that you find your setting again Local Storage until you change it or clear your browser storage
Form contents (sender, recipient, texts, logo, signature) automatic restoration of your last session Local Storage via “Reset session” or by clearing your browser storage
Address book (saved contacts) reusing recipient and sender data IndexedDB via the address book function or by clearing your browser storage

Legal basis: § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (storage is strictly necessary for the service you have expressly requested) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the data serves to create your document. A cookie banner is therefore not required. The service is bilingual; the language you choose is part of the service you requested.

6. Contact form

If you write to us via the form, we process your name, your email address, the subject, optionally your organisation and your message. It is transmitted by email to our mailbox at our hosting provider (see section 3; a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place there).

Purpose: handling and answering your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering).
Retention: enquiries and the associated emails are deleted once the matter has been dealt with conclusively — that is, for as long as is necessary to handle it. Statutory retention duties for commercial letters (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO) remain unaffected if an enquiry leads to a business transaction.
No newsletter: No newsletters, advertising emails or product information are sent. Your details are used exclusively to handle your enquiry.

7. Buying templates via Gumroad

The purchase contract is concluded with the seller (Temel Kurum). Gumroad is engaged for payment processing and delivery and processes the payment data; for this part of the processing Gumroad acts as its own controller or within the agreed roles. We receive from Gumroad the information required for contract fulfilment and accounting, such as name, email address, item purchased and payment status. We do not receive any further information — such as full payment details or a customer account; these remain with Gumroad. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to processing there.

8. No disclosure to third parties

Your data is not transmitted for advertising or analytics purposes. There are no recipients other than those named above (hosting, email, payment processing). No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.

9. Transport encryption

This website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS). You can recognise the connection in your browser's address bar.

10. Your rights

Important in this context: the letterhead data and contacts stored in your browser are not held by us. There is therefore no right of access or erasure regarding them — you can remove this data yourself at any time using the website's functions or by clearing your browser storage.

The competent supervisory authority for complaints is Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen (State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony), Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

11. Updates

This privacy policy is updated when the processing changes — for example with new functions or a change of hosting provider.
